Confidentiality Agreement

Confidential Information: Members of this community may share proprietary, confidential, and/or privileged information, including but not limited to: business strategies, operations, client details, financial data, intellectual property, and personal experiences or anecdotes. All such information is considered “Confidential Information” unless expressly stated otherwise by the disclosing member.

Protection and Non-disclosure: You agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or use any Confidential Information shared within the community for any purpose other than for the genuine benefit and advancement of your professional growth and the growth of other community members.

Non-use for Personal Benefit: You shall not use any Confidential Information obtained from the community for personal benefit, commercial advantage, or to the detriment of any member or the community itself.

Security: While the administrators of the Continuous TRIUMPH Leadership Institute  strive to ensure a secure online environment, members are also expected to use best practices in securing their own devices and accounts to prevent unauthorized access to community content.

Reporting: If you become aware of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information, you are obligated to promptly notify the community administrators.

Privacy and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Collection of Information: The Continuous TRIUMPH Leadership Institute  may collect personal information from its members to facilitate community operations, offer personalized experiences, and ensure the quality of interactions. This data can include names, email addresses, professional affiliations, or any other information members willingly provide during registration or use of the platform.

Use of Personal Information: All personal information collected will solely be used for the purpose of community operations, engagement metrics, and ensuring a conducive environment for all members. Your data will not be sold, leased, or rented to third parties.

Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Right to Know: California residents have the right to request disclosure of the specific pieces and categories of personal information that the community has collected about them, the sources of that information, the business purposes for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with which the information is shared.

Right to Delete: California residents have the right to request the deletion of their personal information, subject to certain exceptions as prescribed by law.

Right to Opt-Out: While the Continuous TRIUMP Leadership Institute does not sell personal information, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information by businesses.

Non-discrimination: Members exercising their CCPA rights will not face any discrimination in terms of service quality or participation benefits in the community.
Protection of PII: All reasonable measures are taken to protect the confidentiality and security of PII. Members are also urged to not share sensitive personal information within the community discussions to ensure their own protection.

Cookies and Tracking: The community platform may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience. Members will be notified and given an option to opt out of any non-essential tracking.

Data Retention: Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Updates and Changes: This privacy component may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Members will be notified of significant changes and are encouraged to regularly review this statement for the latest information on our privacy practices.

Termination: Should a member violate any terms of this Confidentiality Statement, they may be subject to removal from the community and other actions deemed necessary by the community administrators.

Acknowledgment: By participating in the Continuous TRIUMPH Leadership Institute  you acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information could cause irreparable harm and significant injury, the exact amount of which may be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, you agree that the community administrators shall have the right to seek an injunction to prevent any breach or threatened breach of this confidentiality statement, as well as the right to pursue any and all other rights and remedies available at law or in equity.
